This hazardous weather outlook is for portions of Central Kansas,

South Central Kansas and Southeast Kansas.



.DAY ONE...Tonight



Storm chances are expected to increase into this evening as a weak 

front sags into the area. The stronger storms will be capable of 50 

mph downburst winds and small hail. In addition, the stronger storms

will produce high rainfall rates that may lead to flooding. 



.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Friday through Wednesday



Off-and-on thunderstorm chances are forecast Friday through early 

next week, with the greatest potential for locally heavy rainfall 

and strong downburst winds during the afternoon and evening hours 

each day.
