...FLOOD ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 9 PM EDT THIS EVENING...



* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.



* WHERE...portions of northern Warren, northwestern Clinton, 

  southern Montgomery, and southwestern Greene counties in Ohio.



* WHEN...Until 900 PM EDT.



* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. 



* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...

  - At 545 PM EDT, radar indicated heavy rain due to

    thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin

    shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 1.5 inches of

    rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1

    inch are possible.

  - Some locations that may experience flooding include...

    Springboro, Waynesville, Clarksville, Harveysburg, Spring

    Valley, Corwin, Centerville, Caesar Creek State Park, Mount

    Holly, Roxanna, Oregonia, Kingman, Lytle, Oakland, Ogden and

    Five Points.



PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...



Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood 

deaths occur in vehicles.
