  Northwestern Platte County in west central Missouri...



* Until 445 PM CDT.



* At 402 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located near Winchester,

  or 10 miles northeast of Oskaloosa, moving northeast at 35 mph.



  HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts.



  SOURCE...Radar indicated.



  IMPACT...Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees.



* Locations impacted include...

  St. Joseph, Leavenworth, Atchison, Platte City, Weston, Elwood,

  Rushville, Easton, Tracy, Lewis And Clark Village, Doniphan,

  Farley, De Kalb, Iatan, Fort Leavenworth, Bean Lake, Stillings,

  Lewis And Clark Vi, Beverly, and East Leavenworth.



This includes the following highways...

 Interstate 29 between mile markers 19 and 25.

 Interstate 435 near mile marker 29.
